Call us when you need assistance, and one of our professional support staff will provide prompt onsite or offsite fault support, helpdesk or consulting services – you only pay for what you use. No prior arrangement or service agreement is required for Casual Support.
Casual Support rates are as follows:
1Call Support Engineer
$52.50 per 1/2 hour
$2.00 per Km
GST: All rates are GST exclusive
Onsite Jobs: Minimum half hour service charge, then in quarter hour increments
Helpdesk Calls: Brief calls are free of charge, otherwise minimum quarter hour service charge.
*Travel: Travel Km calculated as the lesser of the return journey to site from 1Call's offices in Blenheim, or the return journey from the Post Office in Nelson, Picton, Havelock & Kaikoura to site. Travel charge covers vehicle operating costs and travel time.
