Call us when you need assistance, and one of our professional support staff will provide prompt onsite or offsite fault support, helpdesk or consulting services you only pay for what you use. No prior arrangement or service agreement is required for Casual Support.

Casual Support rates are as follows:



1Call Support Engineer (Base Rate)

$52.50 per 1/2 hour


$2.00 per Km


GST: All rates are GST exclusive

Onsite Jobs: Minimum half hour service charge, then in quarter hour increments

Helpdesk Calls: Brief calls are free of charge, otherwise minimum quarter hour service charge.

*Travel: Travel Km calculated as the lesser of the return journey to site from 1Call's offices in Blenheim, or the return journey from the Post Office in Nelson, Picton, Havelock & Kaikoura to site. Travel charge covers vehicle operating costs and travel time.
