Jeffery will in most cases be your first point of contact with 1Call. He came to 1Call with an extensive background in help desk support in his home country of Malaysia. Jeffery provides desktop and workgroup support for 1Call's business customers. In his spare time Jeffery practises Shorinji Kempo and competes at an international level.
Peter Johnstone - Managing Director - BSc, MBA, MNZIM
Peter has worked in a variety of roles in the computer industry over the last twenty five years - system support, data communications, network planning, quality assurance, training and management.
Peter formed 1Call in 2000 to provide high-quality IT support to small and medium sized businesses. As Managing Director and senior consultant for 1Call Peter provides customers with consulting services and technical sales support. When he's not working, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, skiing and mountain biking.
Peter Wells - IT Systems Engineer, FCNSA, FCNSP
Peter's extensive experience in the computer industry, spanning twenty-one years, makes him a valuable resource for 1Call's customers. Prior to joining 1Call Peter worked in a well known computer support business in Wellington providing business support for Microsoft & Linux environments across a broad range of hardware platforms. Peter predominantly provides support for 1Call's server customers.
Bradley Houart - IT Systems Engineer, MCSA, MCTS, NSE2
Bradley has over ten years IT experience in South Africa and New Zealand, and has been with 1Call for over three years. Bradley's versatile problem solving nature and methodical approach to IT helps to support some of 1Call's bigger enterprise customers.
Stuart Leibbrandt - IT Systems Engineer, MCSE, CCENT
Stuart is also a recent recruit from South Africa and will be specialising in cloud and infrastructure support for 1Call's customers.
Benjamin Teo - IT Support Engineer, BIT, HP APS, NSE2
Benjamin looks after the remote management and monitoring of our support plan customers. Benjamin has a background in hospitality IT support in his home country Singapore.
